No Medical Advice Through This Website

General information appearing on this website is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not individualized medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat or prevent a medical condition.

Viewing the website, submitting a contact form, requesting an appointment or receiving a general response does not establish a provider-patient relationship. That relationship is established only after Mobile Aesthetics MD accepts you as a patient and an appropriate clinical encounter occurs.

Clinical Evaluation and Treatment Eligibility

All treatments, services, medications and prescriptions are subject to an individualized evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional. Submitting an appointment request, paying a deposit or completing a consultation does not guarantee:

• Acceptance as a patient;
• Eligibility for a specific service;
• A particular diagnosis, treatment or outcome;
• Issuance or renewal of a prescription; or
• Approval of a requested medication or dosage.

A clinician may decline, postpone, discontinue or recommend an alternative service when clinically appropriate.

Prescription and Compounded Medications

Prescription medications are available only when prescribed after an appropriate clinical evaluation. A prescription is never guaranteed and treatment decisions remain within the independent professional judgment of the prescribing clinician.

When clinically appropriate and legally permitted, a compounded medication may be prescribed and dispensed by a properly licensed pharmacy. Availability, formulation and pricing may change, and not every patient will qualify.

Medication instructions, warnings, risks and follow-up requirements will be addressed through the appropriate clinical and pharmacy processes. Patients must use medications only as directed.

Telehealth

Certain consultations or follow-up services may be available by telehealth. Telehealth availability depends on the patient’s physical location at the time of the encounter, provider licensure, applicable law and clinical appropriateness.

Some evaluations, treatments and procedures require an in-person visit. Mobile Aesthetics MD may require an in-person examination, laboratory testing or other information before proceeding with a service.

Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies. Technical interruptions, device limitations or internet failures may require an encounter to be rescheduled or completed through another permitted method.

Appointments and Scheduling

Online forms and booking features submit a request or reserve a proposed appointment. An appointment is not guaranteed until it is accepted or confirmed by Mobile Aesthetics MD.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current contact and scheduling information. We may modify or cancel an appointment because of provider availability, safety concerns, equipment issues, weather or other operational circumstances.

Scheduling deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals and no-shows are governed by our separate Deposit and Cancellation Policy .

Fees, Payments and Pricing

You are responsible for charges disclosed and accepted during booking, checkout or treatment. Prices, promotions, packages and membership terms may change at any time unless a specific price has already been confirmed in writing.

Website pricing may not include every potentially applicable cost, including laboratory services, pharmacy charges, shipping, customized products or additional clinically recommended services. Any material additional charge will be disclosed before it is authorized.

Payment-card transactions may be processed by an independent third-party payment processor. Mobile Aesthetics MD does not control the processor’s systems, processing timelines or financial- institution policies.

Refunds and Final-Sale Items

Services already performed are generally nonrefundable. Fees for completed consultations and evaluations compensate the provider for professional time and are not dependent on whether a requested treatment or prescription is ultimately recommended.

Prescription medications, compounded preparations, laboratory services, opened products, customized items and specially ordered supplies may be nonreturnable and nonrefundable once ordered, processed, dispensed, opened or shipped, except where required by law or where a product is defective.

Scheduling-deposit refunds are governed by the Deposit and Cancellation Policy .

Promotions, Packages and Memberships

Promotions are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, expiration dates and exclusions. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Offers cannot be combined;
• Offers have no cash value;
• Results and treatment eligibility are not guaranteed;
• Additional services may require separate payment; and
• A clinical professional may determine that a promoted treatment is not appropriate for a particular patient.

Packages and memberships may be subject to separate written terms presented during enrollment or purchase. Those specific terms control if they conflict with general promotional language.

Communications

By providing your contact information, you authorize Mobile Aesthetics MD to respond to your request and send appointment, account and service-related communications through the methods you select or provide.

Consent to receive marketing communications is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing a service. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link and may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

Ordinary email and text messaging may not be secure. Please do not use a general website form, email or text message to send photographs, diagnoses, medication lists, medical records or other sensitive health information unless Mobile Aesthetics MD directs you to an appropriate secure system.

Website Accounts and Accurate Information

If an account or patient-portal feature is provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
