The AESMD Mentorship Program offers an exclusive shadowing opportunity in aesthetics, guided by Founder and Lead Injector Shana. Learn advanced consultation, anatomy, patient selection, and injection techniques within a supportive, excellence-driven community.
● Included in Mentorship
The AESMD Mentorship Program offers registered nurses with at least one year of bedside experience—and less than one year of or no injection experience—the chance to shadow Nurse Shana one day per week for a month at our Roswell or East Cobb locations. This shadow program provides valuable insights into consultation skills, anatomy, patient selection, and injection techniques. We’re dedicated to creating an inclusive, supportive environment to help mentees build confidence and understanding in the aesthetics field.
● Mentorship Investment
The mentorship fee is $250/day, payable on the first day. This fee is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be applied toward any other services or treatments. Should the mentee be unable to complete the program, the fee remains non-refundable, though any missed days may be carried over at our discretion, provided they are completed within the same calendar year. Mentees who cannot commit to all four days may be charged only for the days attended.

Tailored to meet the needs of individuals or groups, these sessions offer the choice of a focused 4-hour or an in-depth 8-hour training, each crafted to deepen knowledge and refine injection skills. Trainings can be hosted at your preferred location or at our Roswell and East Cobb offices, providing a flexible and accessible learning experience.
