Services Provided

OmniaPiel offers aesthetic treatments, appointment bookings via Zenoti, and online purchases through Shopify. All services and products are subject to availability and applicable policies.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. Minors may use our services with parental consent.

Cancellations

OmniaPiel’s cancellation policy applies to all appointments, including follow-ups, consultations, and treatments. To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 96 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fee charged to the card on file. Appointments not confirmed via automated text/email will be canceled, and a $100 fee will apply. This policy is enforced 7 days a week and applies to no-shows.

Refund Policy

All retail purchases and services rendered by OmniaPiel are final sale. No exchanges or refunds are provided unless otherwise stated by OmniaPiel Management.

Credit Card Fee

All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% fee. To avoid this fee, you may pay via Zelle, cash, or debit card.

Grace Period

We allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, service will be at the practitioner’s discretion based on availability. If the service cannot be provided, a late cancellation fee of $100 will apply.

Payment Terms

All payments for services and products are due at the time of booking or purchase. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
